As a second-generation farming family, we’re proud to continue a legacy built on hard work, honesty, and a genuine passion for producing high quality Australian beef. While our farming journey began in the dairy industry, our families love of livestock and commitment to quality led us to evolve into beef production, bringing generations of farming knowledge with us every step of the way.

Today, our family works together across 1,000 acres of dryland pastures and cropping country. Dad still oversees the day-to-day running of the farm, while we focus on growing Tanduringie Creek Beef and bringing our paddock-to-plate vision to life. Mum and Dad remain at the heart of everything we do, and together we combine generations of farming knowledge with a shared passion for raising quality cattle and producing beef we’re proud to put our name to.

Our carefully selected herd combines the best qualities of Angus × Limousin and Droughtmaster × Limousin genetics, producing cattle known for their excellent eating quality, natural muscling, and consistency. Our cattle spend their lives grazing our pastures before being choice fed, creating beautifully finished beef with exceptional flavour, tenderness, and marbling.

By choosing a true paddock-to-plate model, we’re able to oversee every stage of the journey—from the day our calves are born to the moment our beef reaches your table. That means complete traceability, uncompromising quality, and confidence in knowing exactly where your food comes from.
