A WHOLE Beast is the ultimate way to fill your freezer with quality, farm-direct beef whilst having the freedom to make it your own.

You have the freedom to choose how you would like your beef prepared. Prefer more steaks? Love a good Sunday roast? Want your brisket whole, corned, or turned into mince? You will have the opportunity to select from a range of cutting options and our butcher will prepare your beef to meet your preferences.

Buying WHOLE a Beast is a little different from picking individual cuts from the butcher. The order is calculated using the animals dressed weight. The dressed weight is the weight of the carcass after processing, but before it is aged and broken down (this includes bones, fat and any trims that are later removed). Therefore importantly, the dressed weight is not the weight of the beef that you will take home.

The beef is calculated on $18.50/kg. A whole beast generally dresses at 200-280kg, therefore a total cost of $3700-$5180.

Ordering Process:

1) Secure your order

A 20% deposit is required at the time of ordering to secure your beef.

2) Choose your cuts

Once your order is confirmed, we'll email you a butcher cut sheet. This allows you to select how you would like your beef cut and prepared.

3) Final Payment and collection

Once your animal has been processed and we receive the dressed weight, we'll send you your final tax invoice for the remaining balance, along with details regarding collection and delivery.

Once the dressed weight is confirmed, your beef will generally be ready within approximately 10 days (normally on a Friday).

Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks from placing your order to receiving your beef. As we are working with livestock and processing schedules, these time frames may vary slightly.
